My husband and I knew we were going to need a larger home when we had our third child.  We had some items on our wish-list that we insisted be present in our new home.  For almost a year whenever a new house would pop up that had our wish-list items we would give Al and Peter a call and they would patiently take us through. 

When we finally did find our dream house we put in an offer that was conditional on the sale of our current house and it was accepted.  However . . . . . the unthinkable happened as we were preparing the house for selling, Al called and told us that someone else put in an offer on our dream house.  We had 24 hours to waive the condition on the sale of our house or let the dream house go to the new offer. 

We were terrified at the prospect of having two houses so Al and Peter said, "not to worry, we'll list the house today and have an open house this afternoon!"  It was a Wednesday, not generally a busy day for open houses but they did it.  Within 24 hours our house was sold for almost full asking price, and we were able to waive our condition with peace of mind knowing that we wouldn't be stuck with two houses. 

Al and Peter have been our agents for almost 10 years, they go above and beyond for their clients.  We have recommended them to friends and family and they are always pleased with the service they receive.
